Since it has been such a long winter in Utah we have been wanting to get away to somewhere warm. We looked and looked for somewhere to go over Easter break that would be warm and finally decided on Lake Havasu. My parents, grandma, sister, brother-in-law, and my nephew all went down with us! It was also my nephew Braxton's birthday on Easter so we had two reasons to celebrate! It was so much fun and I am sad to be back to our cold weather!
We had so much fun and the weather was so nice!
It actually got up to 92 degrees one day.
On Easter/Braxton's birthday we went out boating on the lake! It was so nice to get out on the boat again. Dave is probably going to have a hard time not being able to go boating again for a few months! This trip really made us excited for Lake Powell this summer!
I can't think of anything I would rather do than go boating with my family!
Besides boating we mostly just spent our time hanging out by the pool soaking up the sun!
Sadie also loved the warm weather!

I am so jealous you got to get out on the lake and wear your new swimming suit! I need some sunshine! It looks like you guys had a ton of fun. Lets get planning a trip to Lake Powell, so we can go as soon as its warm!
