Raquel tagged me to tell 6 random things about myself. Sorry it has taken me so long Raquel.  So here it is!

1.  I am a PLEDGE-AHOLIC! I can't stand seeing dust anywhere! I swear I go through a can a week.  I asked Dave to bring me home some once and he brought me like five cans.  I guess he figured it would save him another trip to the store.

2. I am constantly dancing around the house.  I would probably be really embarrassed if I found out that someone was watching. I especially do this when it is really late and I can't sleep because I am an INSOMNIAC!!!!!! Once a dancer always a dancer!

3. I absolutely hate doing laundry! I would rather scrub the bathrooms and mop floors than do laundry.  I usually wait to do it until I start running out of things to wear or our laundry basket is overflowing.  I am so glad I have a hubby that will help his wife do the laundry! Otherwise, it wouldn't get done!!

4. I am always running just a few minutes late.  I think that I inherited this trait from my mom.  It doesn't matter if I get up early I am still late.  I hate this about me and wish that I was one of those people who are always a few minutes early!

5. I love the sunshine! My mood pretty much depends on whether the sun is shining or not. I definitely have some form of seasonal depression, but don't we all?  I love just laying out in the sunshine and feeling its warmth on me! I am definitely a summer girl!  Why do I live in UTAH again????

6.  I am a total night owl!  I guess it fits that I work graveyard shifts! Since I like staying up late, I absolutely hate getting up early!  I love sleeping in, although with my job I sometimes sleep in longer than I want to.  I feel bad for Dave because he is total opposite of me.  At 10' clock at night when I just get my burst of energy, Dave just starts to crash! That's usually when I want to watch a movie or go to the store!!

Braxton Racing!

Ready, Set, Go!!!

This past weekend we went down home for Mother's Day!  My nephew Braxton raced in the Pee Wee Motocross on Saturday! It was so much fun watching him! He was the youngest rider there, and he did awesome! He stayed so focused and stayed on the track the whole time!

Way to go Braxon we are so proud of you!

Spring is finally here!

Like Raquel and everyone else I am so sick of this awful weather we have been having, but after today I am starting to think that spring is really finally here.  Today we went and walked through the gardens at Thanksgiving Point.  The Tulip festival was going on and we thought that it would be a good way to get the taste of spring that we have been so desperately craving.

This is a picture of one of the waterfalls at the gardens.  I am sure that they are all man made, but they were pretty amazing none the less.

It was so relaxing just walking around enjoying the scenery and the weather.

This tree looks just like one in our yard. Ours of course isn't in full bloom yet!

There were so many flowers in bloom and they were so beautiful and fragrant.  If anyone is craving spring like I am I would definitely suggest going to the gardens.  I can't wait to go back, but next time I want to pack a picnic and spend the day there.
